“Workspace Blocks”
Need a peaceful place to work for a few hours?
4-hour work sessions designed for entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives, planners, writers, and anyone wanting focused time outside of home distractions.
Enjoy a peaceful environment with room to spread out while working alongside others.
Current Workspace Blocks:
8 AM – 12 PM
12 PM – 4 PM
$20 per person / 4-hour block
Check availability, reserve, and pay online.
New dates are released regularly and opened 2–3 weeks at a time. Reservations are requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Celebrate meaningful moments without the stress of hosting at home.
Evergreen Lane Events is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, graduation parties, family gatherings, open houses, and micro wedding receptions.
Private rentals include use of the full venue so you can decorate and create an experience that feels like your own.
Meetings, Retreats & Curated Gatherings
Host workshops, planning days, speaker events, wellness gatherings, co-working sessions, coaching groups, and retreats.

Pricing & Rental Info
We keep pricing simple at Evergreen Lane — no complicated packages or hidden fees.
Most weekend gatherings follow a 3-hour minimum rental, with an hourly rate after that.
Weekday rentals receive discounted rates and are a great fit for meetings, retreats, workshops, planning days, and curated gatherings.
Micro wedding receptions, wellness retreats, and extended events follow custom pricing based on time, setup, and guest count.
Graduation Open Houses
Two 5-hour rental blocks are available and include setup + cleanup time:
Morning Block
8 AM – 1 PM
Afternoon Block
3 PM – 8 PM

The Space & Amenities
When you rent Evergreen Lane, the space is yours to enjoy.
Features include:
• Private use of the full event center
• Separate 40x60 building on our rural property
• Heat, AC, and two bathrooms
• Tables + chairs included
• Black or white tablecloths available
• Simple modern décor pieces to mix and match
• Two black backdrop stands
• Cozy carpeted lounge + long bar area
• Kitchen access (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, sink)
• Large coffee pot + drink dispenser
• Bluetooth speaker
• Room setup completed before arrival
• Simple cleanup — we handle most of it
You’re welcome to rearrange the space to fit your event.

Available tables:
• (6) 5’ round tables
• (10) 6’ rectangle tables
• (4) high-top tables
• (2) cocktail tables
Lounge seating includes:
• Long bar with seating for 6
• Four high-top tables with seating for 12
Great for small gatherings, meetings, workshops and casual conversation.
Capacity:
Indoor seating for up to 65 guests with a mix of round tables, rectangle tables, high tops, bar seating, and flexible seating arrangements designed to fit celebrations, meetings, workshops, and gatherings.
Open-house style events work well for up to approximately 100 guests with come-and-go traffic.
Capacity may vary depending on event type and setup.
Parking & Guest Flow
We offer plenty of parking throughout the property.
Guests may park:
• In front of the event center
• Along the west side near the white posts and chains and second driveway
• In the grass along the main driveway for overflow parking
Guests may enter through the main driveway and exit using either driveway, helping traffic flow smoothly during larger gatherings.
We simply ask guests to avoid parking close to our home.
Sauna Add-On
Add a private wood-burning sauna session to your event (seats up to 5), with cold-plunge tubs available upon request.
A cozy, one-of-a-kind experience — especially fun for bachelorette parties, wellness retreats, team-building, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment in the countryside.
