Evergreen Lane is your home away from home — a warm, turnkey event space tucked just outside Redwood Falls on our quiet rural property. The entire building is yours during your rental, offering comfort, privacy, and a welcoming place to gather without the stress of hosting at home.

What’s Included

Parking:
We have plenty of parking available on our property. Guests may park in front of the event center and along the west side where the white posts and chains are located. If needed, overflow parking down our driveway in the grass is also perfectly fine.
You may enter through our main driveway and exit using either driveway — the second driveway leads directly back out to the highway, making traffic flow easy during larger events. We simply ask that guests avoid parking close to our home.

We’ll have the room set up for you before you arrive — and you’re welcome to rearrange anything to fit your event.

The lounge area offers seating for up to 14 people, including a long bar (6 seats) and two high-top tables (8 seats) — perfect for small gatherings, book clubs, workshops, or casual meetings.
Capacity:
Comfortable seating for 65 guests at one time
Works well for up to 100 guests for open-house or come-and-go events
Additional chairs may be brought in if needed

About Pricing
Most weekend events follow a simple 3-hour minimum, with an hourly rate after that. We keep it simple here — no hidden fees.
Monday–Thursday rentals receive discounted rates.
Micro-wedding receptions, retreats, and longer gatherings follow our extended-rental pricing.
Graduation Open Houses:
Two 5-hour rental blocks available for $500 (includes setup + cleanup):
