A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm so glad you're here.
If we've met before, you probably know I love asking questions, hearing people's stories, and talking through ideas. Whether it's business, family, or figuring out what's next, I genuinely enjoy helping people sort through the overwhelm and see a path forward.
I've always been someone who enjoys connecting people, brainstorming possibilities, and encouraging others to take that next step. Over the years, those conversations have turned into the work I love most—helping entrepreneurs think strategically, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

I don't believe every business needs the same roadmap.
I love listening first. I ask a lot of questions, help untangle ideas, and look for opportunities that might not be obvious. Sometimes our conversations are about pricing or marketing. Other times they're about working through a tough decision, finding a fresh perspective, or simply figuring out where to focus next.
My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you think through your options, build confidence in your decisions, and leave with practical next steps that fit you and your business.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outside.
I love caring for my perennial flower gardens—especially deadheading flowers so new blooms can keep growing. I enjoy dreaming up where another patch of native wildflowers would fit, spending time with my husband Jason, and making memories with our growing family.
Some of my favorite moments are the simple ones: meaningful conversations over coffee, gathering around a table with family or friends, or watching someone realize they're more capable than they thought.

My CliftonStrengths are Input, Adaptability, Ideation, Developer, and Maximizer. Those strengths naturally shape how I work.
I love gathering ideas, asking thoughtful questions, seeing possibilities, encouraging growth, and helping people take what's already good and make it even better. They help me bring fresh perspective while keeping conversations practical, encouraging, and focused on moving forward.
