I love helping business owners untangle challenges, explore possibilities, and discover practical next steps. Whether we're talking about marketing, pricing, a new business idea, or simply figuring out what comes next, my favorite part is seeing someone leave our conversation feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to move forward.
For me, business has never been just about strategy—it's about people. I believe every business owner deserves someone they can think out loud with, ask questions, and gain a fresh perspective from.
Why I Do This
I've always been drawn to helping people untangle ideas, simplify challenges, and see possibilities they may not have seen on their own.
Long before I became a business consultant, I spent more than two decades mentoring, coaching, and encouraging entrepreneurs as they built their businesses. Those conversations showed me that no matter what industry someone is in, many business owners face the same challenges—too many ideas, tough decisions, marketing that feels overwhelming, or simply wondering what the next step should be.
Today, I have the privilege of continuing that work as a Business Consultant with the Southwest Minnesota Small Business Development Center. Along the way, I've also had the opportunity to build my own businesses, coordinate leadership programs, mentor entrepreneurs, and create spaces where people can learn, connect, and grow.
What I enjoy most isn't having all the answers—it's asking thoughtful questions, listening well, and helping people discover the clarity and confidence they need to move forward.
