The Space & Amenities

    • Simple modern décor pieces to mix and match
    • Two black backdrop stands
    • Cozy carpeted lounge + long bar area
    • Kitchen access (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, sink)
    • Large coffee pot + drink dispenser
    • Bluetooth speaker
    • Room setup completed before arrival
    • Simple cleanup — we handle most of it

    You’re welcome to rearrange the space to fit your event.

    Lounge seating includes:

    • Long bar with seating for 6
    • Four high-top tables with seating for 12

    Great for small gatherings, meetings, workshops and casual conversation.

    Capacity:

    Indoor seating for up to 65guests with a mix of round tables, rectangle tables, high tops, bar seating, and flexible seating arrangements designed to fit celebrations, meetings, workshops, and gatherings.

    Open-house style events work well for up to approximately 100 guests with come-and-go traffic.

    Capacity may vary depending on event type and setup.

  • We offer plenty of parking throughout the property.

    Guests may park:

    • In front of the event center
    • Along the west side near the white posts and chains and second driveway
    • In the grass along the main driveway for overflow parking

    Guests may enter through the main driveway and exit using either driveway, helping traffic flow smoothly during larger gatherings.

    We simply ask guests to avoid parking on the grass, closest to our home.

  • Available 7 days a week.

    8 am to 8 pm

  • We keep pricing simple at Evergreen Lane — no complicated packages or hidden fees.

    Most weekend gatherings follow a 3-hour minimum rental, with an hourly rate after that.

    Weekday rentals receive discounted rates and are a great fit for meetings, retreats, workshops, planning days, and curated gatherings.

    Micro wedding receptions, wellness retreats, and extended events follow custom pricing based on time, setup, and guest count.

    Graduation Open Houses

    Two 5-hour rental blocks are available and include setup + cleanup time:

    Morning Block
    8 AM – 1 PM

    Afternoon Block
    3 PM – 8 PM

  • The absolute best place to host a gathering. It was so easy with the tables and chairs already set up and even the tablecloths provided. Everything you could possibly need plus more. If you forgot something, no worries, it's probably there. We will definitely be back!!!!
